Overview

At Quiet Form we want your wellness tools to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. As a curated dropshipping store, all orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our trusted supplier partners on our behalf. We remain fully responsible for your experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

1. Processing time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

These are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays outside our control.

3. Shipping costs

Quiet Form offers free international shipping on all orders with no minimum spend required. This applies to every destination worldwide. No hidden fees, no surprises at checkout.

4. Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch. If you have not received your tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order please contact us at flonicu1992@gmail.com.

5. Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product pricing. Quiet Form has no control over customs charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you have any concerns.

6. Split shipments

As we work with multiple supplier partners, some orders may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. If this applies to your order you will receive individual tracking information for each shipment. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for split deliveries.

7. Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to high demand periods, carrier disruptions, or customs processing. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please allow a few additional days before contacting us. If your order remains undelivered 30 days after the dispatch date please contact us at flonicu1992@gmail.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

8. Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with the following:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging where applicable

We will work with our supplier partner to arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

9. Incorrect shipping address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Quiet Form is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing your order please contact us at flonicu1992@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.

10. Undeliverable packages

If a package is returned to our supplier as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply in these circumstances.
